Breakfast Restaurants in Cape Canaveral

Chances are that if you’re reading this, you’re not from around here. Am I right? In case you’re arriving to Florida late at night and won’t be staying at a Cape Canaveral hotel that serves breakfast, keep reading!

Included below is a short list of many of the Cape Canaveral breakfast restaurants. You’ll find everything from grab and go coffee shops and bakeries to sit down restaurants where you can have a hearty meal or a waterfront breakfast brunch.

Many of the bakeries or coffee shops in Cape Canaveral open very early and close mid day. Unlike many chain restaurants, these guys make their stuff fresh each morning. I stumbled upon Marco and Cinta Auddino’s Italian Bakery today when I was in Port Canaveral (pastries shown below). Typically I’m at the Port at night so I could see how I had missed this place previously. When I went in I was amazed at the the selection – I stopped in at about 3:00 on a Sunday and they still had a fantastic selection available. They had tons of homemade donuts and pastries, but The Bald Strawberry along Atlantic Avenue has fresh stuff like dairy free or gluten free products too. I hear their breakfast pizza is great!

For a sit down breakfast restaurant in Cape Canaveral where you can take your time ordering or collect your thoughts for the day, we have those places too! There are two places to find them – within Port Canaveral or just along Atlantic Avenue. Fishlips is known for their breakfast brunch and mimosas every Sunday and Grills (in my opinion) has the best atmosphere for outdoor dining any time of day. Grills really is one of the best places to eat in Cape Canaveral – especially for those visiting! Otherwise there is also Zachary’s which is located right across from McDonald’s and is a great family or kid friendly restaurant.

So, where will you be eating? Follow up with us afterwards and let us know what you thought!
